Deliciously smoky chicken skewers served with a rich and creamy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for appetizers or main dishes.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the chicken cubes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cubes are well-coated.
  3. Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, packing them snugly.
  4. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes. Turn them occasionally so they cook evenly and become beautifully charred.
  5. While the chicken is grilling, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create your Bang Bang sauce.
