A crowd-pleasing dish featuring crispy fried chicken tenders coated in a zesty sauce for an irresistible flavor explosion.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drain the excess oil on paper towels.
  7. Prepare the sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
  8. Combine the fried chicken tenders with the sauce until well coated.
  9. Serve your Bang Bang Chicken immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a crunchier texture, use panko breadcrumbs. You can also substitute mayo with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
