A deliciously simple dish that combines smoky barbecue flavors with creamy ranch dressing, perfect for any weeknight dinner or gathering.

  • 1 pound chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix the BBQ sauce and ranch dressing until fully blended.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, then pour the marinade over the meat.
  3. Seal the bag (or cover the dish) and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade.
  6. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For the best results, ensure chicken is evenly coated in marinade. Pounding thinner chicken breasts helps for even cooking.
