  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, freshly minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pasta, rice, or steamed veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it’s golden brown. Once done, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, whisking to combine. Allow the sauce to simmer gently.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and optional red pepper flakes, letting the sauce become silky and smooth.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the creamy sauce over it, and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or steamed veggies.
