4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring that each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes but up to 2 hours if you can.
Once marinated, remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any leftovers.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Allow the chicken to rest for several minutes before slicing and serving.
