Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts with soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the hot griddle.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and onion, stir-frying until tender.
  6. Add chopped green onions and serve hot.
