  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Combine the cottage cheese, oats, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and optionally, cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Fold in the fresh blueberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
