  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Optional: cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, cottage cheese, eggs, milk, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well blended.
