Delicious breakfast sliders filled with fluffy eggs, crispy bacon or sausage, and melty cheese, perfect for busy mornings or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon or 4 sausage patties
  • 4 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar or American)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional toppings (e.g., avocado, hot sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Pour them into the same skillet and scramble until fluffy.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  5. Layer the cooked meat, followed by scrambled eggs, and then cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Cover each slider with the top half of the buns.
  7. Brush the tops generously with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite toppings!

Notes

These sliders can be customized with different meats and cheeses. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
