  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and all spices to create the marinade. Toss the chicken tenders in this mixture to coat them thoroughly, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the stick of salted butter over low heat. Stir in the minced chives, parsley, dill, brown sugar, cumin, and additional garlic powder to create your flavorful butter mixture.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken tenders onto skewers, making them easy to manage and serve.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Halfway through, baste them with the buttery herb mixture for extra flavor. Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
  5. Serve the skewers on a platter, drizzling a bit of buffalo sauce over them and pairing with fresh salads, crispy fries, coleslaw, and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
