  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled breakfast sausage, ensuring even distribution.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter until smooth.
