  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites in one mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, baking powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy in the bowl with the yolks.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer in a second bowl.
  5. Fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture gently to keep the volume.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming cloud-like mounds.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden and slightly firm.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
