Cheesy Bacon Egg Muffins are a delightful and convenient breakfast option, loaded with protein and perfect for busy mornings or brunches.

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or muffin liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin pan with cooking spray or line it with muffin liners.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced bell peppers (if using) until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
