Quick and satisfying Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps filled with creamy cheeses and shredded chicken, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Stir until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  3. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spoon a quarter of the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla. If desired, include baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes.
  5. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form wraps.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture generously on the outside of each wrap.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down. Toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Ensure the cheese inside is melted and gooey. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with crispy fries or a fresh garden salad. For a rustic touch, wrap in parchment paper or foil.
