  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface and distribute the creamy chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  3. Top the chicken mixture with fresh spinach and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  4. Tightly roll each tortilla, ensuring the seam is on the bottom to hold together during cooking.
