  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Combine the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Chop bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into uniform chunks.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken and colorful vegetables onto the skewers.
  6. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the kabobs on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high and cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  8. Serve the kabobs warm and enjoy!
