A flavorful marinade for chicken thighs that elevates any meal with garlic, herbs, and lemon.

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken thighs inside a resealable plastic bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, sealing the bag tightly.
