  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat two tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken pieces. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced zucchini and bell pepper into the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and mix everything well.
  6. Continue cooking for another 3–5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
