A quick and comforting chili cheese dip that’s perfect for game nights or potlucks, ready in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chili
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Place a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the canned chili, cubed cream cheese, and salsa to the pan.
  3. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture looks smooth, about 4–6 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add the shredded cheese, and stir until completely melted and incorporated.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning, serving immediately to keep it warm and gooey.

Notes

For a lighter version, try reduced-fat cream cheese and low-fat shredded cheese. You can also substitute with vegetarian or turkey chili and swap the cheese to your preference for a different flavor.
