A rich and creamy chocolate chia pudding that’s healthy, easy to make, and perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24g protein powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, protein powder (if using), and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk well to combine, ensuring there are no clumps in your mixture.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
  4. Stir again to keep the chia seeds evenly distributed and to prevent clumping.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for the best texture.
  6. Serve chilled, topped with your favorite fruits or nuts.

Notes
