  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Blend the wet ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, rolled oats, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Transfer to the pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
