  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Gently combine the two mixtures, leaving a few lumps.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture in a swirl pattern on top.
  7. Cook until bubbles form, then flip the pancake until both sides are golden brown.
