Quick and delicious Greek yogurt biscuits that are fluffy and golden, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times.
  6. Roll the dough out to about 1-inch thickness and cut out biscuits with a cookie cutter.
  7. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
