Delightful stuffed pasta shells filled with creamy chicken, topped with melted cheese and marinara sauce – perfect for family dinners.

  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix the filling by combining shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well-blended.
  4. Stuff each shell with a generous amount of the chicken mixture and arrange them neatly in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring each one is well-covered.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!
