  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, ripe bananas, rolled oats, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth to create a thick batter.
  2. Preheat the skillet: Place a non-stick skillet on medium heat, allowing it to warm up.
  3. Cook the pancakes: Pour the batter into the skillet in small rounds, leaving enough space between each one for flipping.
  4. Flip with care: After 2-3 minutes, check the edges. Once they’re firm and the bottoms are golden brown, flip and repeat for the other side.
