Instructions

  1. Start by toasting the whole grain bread until it achieves a golden brown and crispy texture.
  2. Soft-boil the eggs to your desired doneness. Once cooked, carefully peel them.
  3. Generously spread cottage cheese over each slice of the toasted bread.
  4. Place the soft-boiled eggs on top of the cottage cheese.
  5. Drizzle a hearty amount of Sriracha sauce over the eggs.
  6. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Serve immediately.

Notes
