A delightful and easy-to-make flatbread using cottage cheese and eggs, perfect for quick meals or snacks.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional toppings (herbs, cheese, or vegetables)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface for about a minute.
  4. Shape the dough into your desired flatbread size.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the flatbread on it.
  6. Brush with olive oil and add your favorite toppings.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
