  • 1/2 onion, diced

  • 4 bagels

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, crack and beat the eggs until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell pepper, and chopped onion. Season generously with salt and pepper.
