Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is lightly golden and firm to the touch.
