A delightful and flavorful dish featuring succulent chicken breasts coated in a buttery herb blend, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cowboy butter mixture generously over each piece.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear. A meat thermometer should read 165°F (74°C).
