A delightful dish featuring tender chicken breasts baked in a rich garlic and butter sauce with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until completely liquid.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped parsley, chives, and lemon juice, mixing until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with more salt and pepper before placing them in the skillet. Coat generously with the buttery mixture.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  6. Serve warm, drizzled with the remaining butter sauce.
