Delicious breakfast sliders featuring crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese on buttery slider buns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 small slider buns
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional: hot sauce or favorite condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently until the eggs are softly scrambled and a bit runny.
  5. Once eggs are at the desired consistency, add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  6. Slice each slider bun in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  7. On each bottom half, layer a slice of bacon and a generous spoonful of the egg and cheese mixture.
  8. Cap each slider with the top half of the bun.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the buns are lightly toasted and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. For an extra kick, drizzle with hot sauce or serve with your favorite condiments. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
