A creamy and savory dish made effortlessly in a crockpot featuring tender chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 68 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix on top of the chicken.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken right in the crockpot.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until everything is melted and well combined.
  6. Serve the creamy mixture on your choice of sandwiches or over rice, and garnish with green onions if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sauté garlic or onions before adding to the crockpot. You can prep everything the night before for convenience.
