Delicious bagels topped with a creamy bacon and cheddar mixture, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split each bagel in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and chives (if using). Season with salt and pepper, then mix until well blended.
  4. Generously spread the cheesy mixture over each bagel half.
  5. Place the bagels in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
