A delightful dish that transforms a simple weeknight dinner into a restaurant-quality experience with creamy garlic sauce and crispy fries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Potato fries (for serving)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Season the chicken fillets generously with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  5. Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using) until the sauce is silky smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve with crispy potato fries and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.

Notes

For a juicier bite, substitute chicken thighs. You can also swap fries for a salad for a lighter option.
