  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until just tender. Drain them well and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, and ranch dressing. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  4. Spread the chicken and broccoli mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  7. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a twist, substitute chicken with shredded rotisserie chicken or use your favorite dressing instead of ranch. Consider adding fresh herbs for extra flavor.
