A delightful dish that blends tender chicken, creamy sauce, and pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s cooked, drain it and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for an additional couple of minutes.
  6. Serve the creamy chicken over the cooked pasta and garnish with fresh parsley for a beautiful finish.

Notes

For added freshness, serve with a light side salad or crusty garlic bread.
