Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Generously season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the thighs and add the minced garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, ensuring it surrounds the chicken. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  8. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or on the stovetop, adding a splash of cream if the sauce thickens.
