  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and your choice of herbs.
  4. Rub this mixture generously all over the chicken thighs, ensuring each side is well coated.
