Quick and easy donut holes made from Pillsbury biscuits, coated in cinnamon sugar for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a shallow baking dish.
  2. Cut each biscuit into four equal quarters and roll the pieces into small balls.
  3. Melt the butter in a small bowl.
  4. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together thoroughly in another bowl.
  5. Drench each dough ball in the melted butter.
  6. Roll the coated dough balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until they are evenly covered.
  7. Place the coated dough balls in a single layer in the greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown.

Notes

For a richer taste, swap sugar for brown sugar or use vegan butter for a dairy-free version.
