A comforting dish featuring tender chicken with creamy ranch and cream cheese, topped with crispy bacon and melted cheddar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts directly into the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top of the seasoned chicken.
  4. Cover the pot and set it on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning.
  6. Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, letting them melt together.
  7. Finally, sprinkle the chopped green onions on top before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter option, swap cream cheese for a low-fat variant or use turkey bacon. You can serve it over rice, on buns, or with salad.
