  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat a bit of oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. In the same skillet, reduce the heat and add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined and creamy.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the delicious sauce on top, and transfer the skillet to the oven.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in Italian dressing before cooking. You can also add sun-dried tomatoes or spinach to the sauce for extra nutrition.
