  • 500 g boneless chicken breast
  • ½ Tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ Tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano

  3. Cover the chicken and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  4. Choose your preferred cooking method: bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, grill or air fry until cooked through, or pan-fry on medium heat.
  5. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C) before serving.

Notes

For even bolder flavor, marinate overnight. This marinade is also great for pork, shrimp, or tofu.
