Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt/sour cream)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Smoky ham (or turkey/vegetarian option)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella/vegan cheese)
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp Chives (or green onions)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt, eggs, ham, cheese, spinach, and chives in another bowl until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat it into a circle about 1-inch thick.
  6. Use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out rounds from the dough.
  7. Place the rounds onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
