  • 1 1/4 cups Milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until blended.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, lightly beat the egg and combine with milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together, keeping the batter lumpy.
