Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until they’re well combined. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the mix.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until it’s melted and bubbly.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the warm skillet, allowing it to sit undisturbed for a few seconds.
  4. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs, pushing the cooked edges toward the center.
  5. Keep cooking until the eggs are softly set but still slightly runny. If you’re adding cheese, sprinkle it on top and stir until it’s melted.
  6. Serve your fluffy scrambled eggs warm, alongside toasted bread and crispy breakfast potatoes.
