A delightful combination of juicy chicken breasts coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for any dinner table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded to an even thickness)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons 21 Salute Seasoning or poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (optional for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pounded chicken breasts with 21 Salute seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken without moving it for 5-7 minutes until it’s golden brown on one side.
  4. Flip the chicken and continue cooking for about 5 more minutes, or until it is fully cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
  6. Deglaze the skillet by adding white wine or chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom.
  7. Add the unsalted butter to the skillet, stirring until it melts.
  8. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet, flipping it to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure the chicken is pounded to an even thickness for consistent cooking. Allow the chicken to rest after cooking to retain its juices.
