  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the melted butter. Stir until well combined.
  3. Place the cubed chicken breasts into the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  6. Once marinated, thread the chicken onto skewers.
  7. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
