Deliciously savory Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers that are perfect for gatherings and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.
  2. Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.
  3. Make the garlic butter sauce by melting the stick of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and simmer until fragrant. Stir in the grated parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh parsley until combined.
  4. Heat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, brushing with garlic butter sauce during cooking.
  5. Serve the skewers with a fresh salad, dipping sauces, or sides like grilled vegetables, rice, or pasta salad.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the chicken in oil and spices for 30 minutes or overnight. Don’t overcrowd the skewers for even cooking.
