A nourishing and delicious grab-and-go breakfast wrap made with scrambled eggs, fresh spinach, and creamy Greek yogurt, all wrapped in a warm whole wheat tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet until just set.
  2. Warm the whole wheat wrap in a skillet or microwave for about 15 seconds.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt evenly over the entire wrap.
  4. Layer the scrambled eggs on the yogurt, followed by fresh spinach and shredded cheese.
  5. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  6. Carefully roll the wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds before eating.
